Sheehan recently made
her first U.S. National Team at the 2002 U.S. Gymnastics Championships
in Cleveland, Ohio. She is the daughter of Kevin, an accountant,
and Cindy, a pre-school director. She has a twin brother named Matt
who plays hockey, and an older sister, Heather (1/15/84), who is
in college. Sheehan's favorite school subjects are Literature and
Government, and her favorite book is "A Child Called It"
by David Peltzer. She enjoys listening to pop, rock, alternative,
and Christian music, especially the band "Creed". Sheehan's
gymnastics goals include making the 2003 World Championships team
and the 2004 Olympic team. She also hopes to receive a college scholarship
to compete in gymnastics. Her gymnastics role model is Shannon Miller, |
